Christmas in October Event!

We are marching forward!  After many starts and stops ... we are combining our summer Christmas Retreat with our annual Fall Retreat!   

Welcome to the NWQG's ...

Christmas in October Event!

When:        Friday, October 15, at 6:00 pm
                   Saturday, October 16, 9:00 am 
                   Sunday, October 17, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Where:        High School Home Ec Room

Health & Safety

To protect our members, we are asking that all members practice current Covid protocols.  We will review what the protocols are immediately before the event and announce them on the blog on Friday, October 15th.  Members are encouraged to practice any additional efforts they feel are necessary to meet and sew together safely. 

Also, as a health precaution, we are limiting the number of participants!  Be sure to register!  The link is found here  When or if the event fills, the link will be taken down.

Retreat Highlights
 
Friday        
    Fat Quarter Frenzy!  Members needs to bring 3 fat quarters!

Saturday   -   We're celebrating Christmas Eve!
    Trim the Tree!  We'll create ornaments to commemorate our first retreat in nearly two years!  Supplies        are provided!
    Christmas Dinner!  The guild is providing the Holiday themed main dish, members are asked to                  bring side dishes to share!

Sunday  -  Christmas Day Celebration
    Christmas Morning!  Santa will have visited and delivered gifts!
    Christmas Charm Challenge!  Details will be shared at retreat!  

General Information

This retreat is a Loose Ends event!  It is always sew fun to see what everyone is working on and the progress they make during the weekend! 

Members are encouraged to bring projects, both finished and in progress for Show & Share!  The strength of our guild is how we inspire one another!  

There will be a Swap Table!  

As always, our Snack Counter is a popular part of every retreat! Bring some of your favorite Holiday treats!
