Spring Retreat 2010 was a Huge Success!

OMGosh!  Where to begin?  I have started to post this event twice...and no matter how I try to communicate the success of our Spring Retreat, it seems inadequate!  So tonight I decided to stop agonizing over it...and just get it done!

Let's begin with a slide show featuring the Montana Cartwheel class...

Everything about the retreat was successful!  Peggy Gelbrich was delightful, knowledgeable and willing to share her many talents!  She came on a recommendation from a former guild member, and our experience surpassed all expectations.  We would encourage any quilt guild or shop to invite her to teach for them.  It was a positive experience in every way!

We also owe a big thank you to member Diane Wiese.  She was the one who planned, organized and implemented the entire retreat!  She made the arrangements to have Peggy come, she secured the facilities, arranged the catered dinner, purchased the door prizes, hosted quilt cutting events...the list could go on and on!  We all had a wonderful weekend...because of Diane's efforts!  We are all so grateful!
Thanks Peggy!  Thanks Diane!
