Catered Dinner Saturday Night

If you would like to have the OK Restaurant prepare your dinner April 18th, you must register for it by the end of the day on Sunday, April 12th.  Fee of $15 can be paid to Shannon at CTC.

Snacks to Share

Don't forget ... for every snack you bring to share, your name is added to the Grand Prize drawing!  Plus ... we wouldn't want anyone to starve! ;-)

Arrival Time on Friday

Please do not come before 6:00 pm on Friday.  The committee needs time to set up and prepare.  Only committee members will be allowed in before 6:00 pm.  Thanks for your cooperation!

Quilting Tools

Be sure that all of your tools and equipment are clearly labeled with your name.  Things get crazy in a wonderful way at retreat and it is easy to lose track of your things.  If labeled, they can be returned to their rightful owner!

Rip Roaring Exchange!

The exchange will take place on Sunday, April 19th at 2:00 pm during the retreat!  It will be such fun to see what others have made for us with our fabric!  Sew fun!
