Most of us can't believe that September has come to a close ... which reminds us that our annual fundraiser is coming up quick! We have two announcements concerning the Tea & Auction, they are:
- Time to Sew Event! We have secured the Masonic Temple, free of charge, for Friday, October 7 from 5-10 pm. On Saturday, October 8 we begin at 10am and end at 10 pm! This is a great opportunity to begin working on those auction items!
- At our annual business meeting earlier this year, we decided to make a quilt to be auctioned at the Tea. Valerie C. is chairperson of that committee. At the October Time to Sew event she will be collecting 2 inch strips of dark and light batiks. If you would like to contribute to the quilt please bring 4 dark and 4 light batik (total of 8) strips.
