Our Annual Tea & Auction is just around the corner! Saturday, October 28th!
We're so excited that we can finally return to a live event!
Here is what members need to know to make our "post Covid" Tea & Auction a success!
Silent and Live Auction Items
- In advance of Saturday, auction items can be turned in to either Marcela (@ her home) or Amber (@ PWSAC)
- Auction items can also be brought to the City Center Saturday morning @ 10:00 am.
- The family of Kim Erbey has generously donated items from her estate.
Table Decorating
- Member volunteers are needed to decorate a table for 8.
- Each setting should include dessert plate, teacup, fork, spoon and napkin.
- Also to be included on the table is a teapot, creamer, and sugar bowl.
- The city center does have tablecloths, but members may bring their own and decorate their table however they wish!
Tea Time Treats
- Members are asked to bring simple, small sized finger foods appropriate for Tea Service.
- Either sweet or savory items are welcome.
Please let Marcela (m.wagner84@yahoo.com ) know how you plan to help make this ... our first since 2019 ... Tea & Auction a success!
Both Amber and Sam were busy working on auction items at our Time to Sew this weekend!
Thanks in advance for volunteering to make the return of this event a success! Please invite everyone you can think of to attend! The fun begins at 2:00 pm, right after the PTA's Halloween Carnival! We will see you all at the Tea & Auction!
