It was a grey and rainy day, but in the Home Ec room the quilt related creativity filled the room with sunshine!
Cece was busy working on a block of the month project!
Amber applied binding to her recent quilt!

Angela made great progress on her current quilt!
Marcela was busy machine quilting a top!
And before the day ended, she had it bound! We all loved the piecing done around this panel!
Sam added the finishing touch, binding, on this quilt as well! Fun for all when helping members celebrate a finish!
Sam also added borders to her mystery quilt block project! Sew much to celebrate!
We have an opportunity to extend our fun! All members are encouraged to participate in The Net Loft's Bird in Hand project! It will be such fun to see handmade birds, who have "migrated from all corners of the world" on display at the Cordova Center's Museum Art Gallery! Submissions will be accepted up to Sunday, April 29th at The Net Loft! Here is the link for a registration form!
