Having Fun...Ignoring the Weather!

The winds were howling ... there was rain, snow and sleet, but that didn't stop members from meeting to sew and share inspiration!
Leslie recently returned from spending the winter down south!  She brought in many of the items she worked on during classes while  in the Lower 48!
We all fell in love with this table runner!
We're a commercial fishing community, so this Mariner's Compass immediately was a favorite!
Seashells by the seashore...very tropical ... very beautiful!
This north woods themed Lone Star really captured our hearts.  Leslie's show and tell was sew inspirational!  Thanks for sharing Leslie!
This is what Leslie worked on Saturday, using up those tropical themed batiks!
Jeannie was busy making a Berenstain Bears quilt!
By the end of the day, she had it nearly finished!
Barb was busy sewing the binding on two quilts!  Go Barb!
Terry finished a set of placemats and began working on a BOM she received via mail.  It will be stunning and look forward to seeing her work on it!
Lila made great progress on her Quiltworx Flying Geese quilt!
Diane was busy putting borders on her mystery quilt!
Sam was busy machine quilting her "Bob the Builder" quilt!  Too cute!
Valerie was busy piecing flower themed blocks!  It was a day filled with friends and stitching, the perfect way to ignore Mother Nature's fury outdoors!  Thanks goes to Valerie for organizing another opportunity to share our passion!
