High School Home Ec Room
Friday 6 - 11 pm, Saturday 9 am - 11 pm, Sunday 9 am - 4 pm
Member Fee is $20   Non-Member Fee is $40
Friday Night Soup Dinner
Catered Dinner on Saturday
Swap Table
Bring snacks to share

Friday Soup Dinner
Soup will be served!  Everyone is encouraged to bring items that are easy to serve with soup!  Or if you like, bring a soup to share!  With a healthy and delicious dinner to start retreat, we are sure to find ourselves quilting late into the night!

February Time to Sew!

February has arrived!  Our monthly Time to Sew event is this weekend!

As decided at our Annual Business Meeting, on even numbered months we will have a two-day sewing event!

Here are the details for this weekend:

• Saturday, February 9th and Sunday, February 10th
• Home Ec Room
• 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

The idea behind a two day event is to allow members the flexibility to come when they can work it into their weekend!

Exciting things are in the works for 2019!  We held our Annual Business Meeting on Saturday, and it was fun to discuss and think about all the possibilities for our guild!

Biennial Quilt Rock Star Event

We are sew very excited that Kimberly Einmo will be visiting us this summer!  Be sure to familiarize yourself with her expertise by visiting her website ... click here!  Save the dates!  The fun begins July 19th with her trunk show!  She will be teaching two classes while here on Saturday and Sunday (7/20-21).  The committee has already begun work and members will be choosing the classes Kimberly will teach shortly!  Lots of quilty fun for us in July!

NWQG Committees

All of the committees have been posted on the right hand column.  If you would like to join a committee, please contact the Chairperson.  All members are welcome on every committee! Many committees have begun their work, all of which will make 2019 a great year for quilting in Cordova!  Thanks to all who volunteer!

Time to Sew Events

After some discussion, it was decided to switch things up a bit.  On odd numbered months, we will be having a one day (Saturday) event.  On even numbered months, we will host a two day (Saturday & Sunday) event.  The committee is working on a schedule.  As soon as they have dates, it will be posted here!

Business Mtg & Time to Sew!

A new year of quilting lies ahead for Cordova's Northwind Quilters' Guild!  Oh the quilting possibilities!

It is January 2019!  Time to make decisions!  Plan preparations!  And volunteer to help in the success of our guild!

We will be having our annual business meeting on Saturday, January 19th at 2:00 pm! 

The day begins early, as it will also be our monthly Time to Sew event!  The fun begins at 10 am!  If you are unable to spend the day sewing, do join us for the business meeting!  We want everyone to have a voice in our plans for 2019!
